I had 6 different attys assigned to my case over 4yrs. Not one of them told me the truth about the reality of my case until the last one assigned, and he didn't bother to show up for the first several hours of mediation. He also didn't tell me he had no intention of taking my case all the way. I had to find out last minute, and make a decision in the middle of the conference call. I wouldn't use them again if they were free.
