Honestly, from start to finish working with these guys has been amazing. Their staff actually cares and trust to get you the best out of whatever bad situation youre in. They got me handled with my medical care and made sure I got what I deserved for my pain and suffering for the injury I received. I would recommend them to anyone in need of an injury lawyer!

I wasn't going to file a claim or pursue any legal matters. However the adjusters for the insurance company of the trucker that rear ended my vehicle were very bully like. After two years of them calling me frequently and insisting that I do this and that, and demanding that I settle their "case" for almost nothing, I finally went to the Gaiennie Law Office. The attorney assigned to my case was Sean Smith. He made the process simple. I really was afraid this would take a bunch of my time, but it took hardly any effort on my part at all. I was surprised by the ease of the whole process and in the end I received 10 times what the adjusters were trying to get me to sign off on. If they had just left me alone and not badgered me, I would have never sicked an attorney on them. As it turned out, I'm sure glad I did! A big word of thanks to Sean Smith!!!
