Mark Savoy did a great job handling my case. Mark kept me informed every step of the way. And Mark went out of his way to make sure I received the best settlement from the court system. I wouldn’t want to have tried to navigate it by myself. The lawyers that work for Colorado Legal Defense Group are also there to help each other. So there is a great depth of legal expertise to rely on. And they come through on short notice to make sure you are not standing alone in a courtroom when facing a Judge and the Prosecution. I contacted the Colorado Legal Defense Group on March 3rd to request their services to seal a record that was approximately 9 years old that should have been taken care of by the courts. Colman Presnell was instrumental in getting this issue taken care of in a timely and very efficient manner. He contacted me almost immediately from when I reached out to the group and stayed in contact with me right up until the end. I received a letter from the courts stating that on the 20th my case had been taken care of and sealed immediately. This issue was taken care of for me within 10 business days, I am extremely satisfied with how everything was handled and especially the time frame to have this taken care of for me.
