Ms Megan Scafiddi was very attentive to my needs as my attorney. She was very communicative through out my case and very informative about how my case was going. I hope to never need another attorney for anything, but if I ever do need one Ms. Scafiddi is on my speed dial just in case.

With my case she managed to helped me reduce my criminal fine through negotiation, eliminated some of the more annoying court orders (alcohol monitoring bracelet, dodged a bullet there!), attended my legal hearings for me, and helped me get off probation early! She has been a joy and a comfort in this whole process, your first DUI is scary and for me especially since I was under 21 going to college in a city away from my family. She was there with me every step of the way, and showed that she cared about me and my case with her thoroughness during the process and kind words.

I was referred to the Scafiddi by my neighbor. Everyone involved in my case, and that included the entire office. I have Ben working with Megan for almost 2 years. Megan worked many hours and was very thorough with my case. She is knowledgeable and professional. Not only is Megan an excellent attorney, she truly cares about her clients. My case was very complex and I was charged with 3 different felonies. I pick up 2 additional charges during my case. In the end, Megan got most of the charges dropped. The DA that was assigned to my case was very arrogant and refused to discuss any solution other than the max sentence. Megan stood her ground with the DA and the Judge. I would recommend Megan to anyone that has been charged with a crime. Megan will take the time, do the research and go above and beyond if you retain her. She will do everything she can to fight for you. Megan deserves a lot more than 5 stars.
