I failed to pay my traffic citation and needed help determining the appropriate action to resolve the ticket. I sent an email to the firm and Dalia quickly responded to my question. Dalia was super helpful and even called the court clerk to see where my case stood and the status. Afterwards Dalia called and explained the situation and how I can resolve my case on my own. And all this without charging me a fee - which I would have been happy to pay for her service!!!! If I need an attorney in the future I will be calling Garscin Law! Thank you.

Melissa is an amazing lawyer, she explained all aspects of my case in ways I could understand. Guided me to make the best decisions with given circumstances, and in the end help the others to see past the label I had been given and encouraged them understand I am an also a person and not just a case number. Obviously using an alias for my account, however, Ms. Garscin represented me after I was involved in a fight. She was extremely knowledgeable and able to shape the information in such a way that i understood the process. At my court appearance she was a rockstar and was able to get the judge to dismiss the case; no jail time, fines, or even community service! If you want A+ representation from an attorney who knows the justice system inside and out, Garscin Law is the way to go! 5/5 would absolutely recommend!
