I hired Cotney Law to write a Roofing Contract to use for my Contracting business. They got back quickly and were professional. I would recommend them. The only thing keeping me from giving five stars is that they need a proof reader. It looks like the contract covers basically any possibility but the punctuation and maybe even some of the wording is off. I'm afraid to change it because I don't want to mess up anything that is important legally. Again, I do recommend them.

When I hired Cotney Construction Law I was very skeptical because I can't talk to the layers face to face. but, I realize that I was wrong. Danielle Maya return my call within few Hours. I was amazed in how much she knows about construction, that I hired her in 5 minutes. I put all my documents in Dropbox and she handled everything beautiful. today she is handling 2 more cases for our company. I give Danielle and Cotney Construction Law five stars ++.
