I had a bad car accident and searched for law firms by reading reviews and this one by far had the best. I actually initially spoke with John Lee right after my accident and he spent about 30 minutes answering all my questions, which was super informative as I’d never used a law firm before. He also recommended a great chiropractor in the area that specializes in car accidents. I assumed my case wasn’t big enough to get any sort of settlement since I didn’t actually have any broken bones. He recommended I give it a few months and see if I had lasting pain, then I should use a law firm. Well life happened, I moved a few hours out of the area and thought I probably didn’t have a big enough claim to be worth a law firm’s time since I didn’t have a lot of proof of my lasting pain other than a few old chiropractor bills. I also thought it probably wasn’t worth the headache of dealing with the insurance company on my own after they told me they would only give me a small settlement. Before my 3 year statute of limitations ended I decided maybe I should call Fuicelli & Lee and see if they thought I should pursue my claim even though I only had my chiropractor bills. To my surprise, they remembered me and still had all their notes from my initial call in. They assured me they’d be able to get me more than the insurance company was trying to offer. When I was trying to work with the insurance company on my own they had tried to get me to sign all my medical records over to them for the past 10 years, along with a few other ridiculous stipulations in order to move forward with my claim. Once I hired Fuicelli & Lee I didn’t have to deal with the insurance company anymore or trying to get some needed paperwork from an old employer. Lori Tolle and Gavin Romero took this major headache off my plate. They were amazing at communicating with me very consistently, setting realistic expectations and giving me our timeline and any updates. I can’t say enough about how great they both made the whole process. Lori negotiated on my behalf and was able to get around 5 times what the insurance company had tried to offer me. Also, I got the check in the mail within a week after final offers were made. If you’re looking for a law firm that has your best interest and truly cares about their clients, this is the only law firm you need to know about. My only regret is that I didn’t go with them sooner. Thanks again Fuicelli & Lee and Lori for all you do for your clients!

She responded quickly to my emails or calls, was upfront in setting expectations, and was tenacious in seeking the best settlement options for my case. I hope I do not need to retain an attorney any time soon, however she would be my first choice if I do.
