I was involved in a motor vehicle accident in December where I was rear ended at 45 mph. I had back and neck pain for the first time in my life. As someone who works with injured patients, I never understood the level of frustration experienced while trying to work directly with insurance carriers after a claim was filed - from renting a vehicle, to getting my damaged vehicle road worthy and ultimately addressing my injuries. Krislene and Keith were consistently supportive, highly responsive and exceptional in their preparation. Unfortunately, with COVID the court system is backlogged. Insurance companies use these circumstances to their advantage, realizing many can not carry the financial burden of medical expenses, lost wages, etc. until assigned a trial date. Fuicelli & Lee has a history of successful court wins which helped in settling out of court. I couldn't be any happier with Fuicelli & Lee regarding an auto accident case that I utilized their services for! I'm BEYOND grateful to everyone who was involved with my case because my accident happened in 2019 but because of Covid, it barely made it to trial earlier this year. Needless to say, not only did John & Lori win my case, but they ended up getting me a verdict that was more than 5X what I was asking for!!! Fuicelli and Lee took care of the entire process of getting my settlement after a car accident that left me with back issues and totaled my car. They were very communicative throughout the whole process and I didn't need to do anything other than provide relevant documents and information. They were also very understanding when I wanted to ask questions about the process on their end as well to know what was going on behind the scenes. I was not able to receive quite as much in my settlement as they had initially said I should be able to get easily, but they were willing to discuss every option of moving forward or arguing further and then gave me plenty of time to make my final decision of accepting the settlement offer or not. I know that I would trust them again if I had another severe car accident.
