I was involved in an accident. Lawyer Lori Tolle negotiated with my insurance and disability to ensure money I got from other person's insurance went to me. She also looked for other sources of income from the involved party since it was an auto pedestrian incident.

I was hesitant to get an attorney at all after a significant car accident, as I had an assumption that you only get an attorney if you are trying to milk an accident for extra money. I was so wrong. Run, don't walk, to an attorney after you get in an accident. If I hadn't called Krislene (her office was recommended when I asked the concussion doctor for an ethical attorney), I know I would have ended up in medical bill debt instead of what happened, getting the full policy amount from the insurance company. The insurance company originally was dragging their feet on even the smallest bills before Krislene got involved. When they came back with an offer, she said she believed I truly deserved more due to the severity of the accident and fought for me and I got more because she went the extra mile.
