I first engaged w/ Keith Fuicelli, he agreed to take my case right away, and was very straightforward about the process and the likely outcome - all of which turned out as he had described. Krislene Lorenz was then assigned to my case, and she was excellent. She was very skilled and efficient, working to get my case in order before an approaching deadline. She ended up winning me a good sum of money, over 5x the amount I was originally offered. Highly recommend!

I reached out to this company as I didn't know where to start with fighting an insurance company. I had tried for months to do it on my own, but never got anywhere. I called and was surprised how fast they transferred me to a very competent lawyer who was happy to help. I felt as though I was talking to a concerned friend, he was genuinely interested in helping. My claim wasn't worth much, but I felt justified in getting what was owed. My light in the dark in this case was Tim; and I must say, I've never liked a lawyer so much. If you ever need legal counsel, I highly recommend them. I've had to deal with lawyers in the past but always felt like a number to them. The personal nature that Tim provided immediately set them apart. Give them a go, you'll see for yourself.

they are absolutely AMAZING!!!! I would recommend them to everybody, I couldn't have been happier or felt more taken care of!! This is unfortunately my second car accident. My first accident injuries where way worse and I got less of a settlement than what fuicelli & Lee got me!! I wish I would have known about them the first time around!!

The staff was very professional and kind. Jess helped me and my wife get all of our hospital bills covered a chiropractor and a good settlement back from our accident. I highly recommend them.

For the most part I believe, Professionals in this line of work can be intimidating. This one, Tim O'Shea, has not forgotten the human aspect. For this I am thankful.
