Attorney Tim O"Shea and the rest of the Fuicelli & Lee TEAM were highly professional with every detail to help me in my personal injury lawsuit. Their combined efforts, information provided and explained regarding the process of a lawsuit, and kind considerations on my behalf proved to be first-rate. My case against the driver who rear-ended me that resulted in me sustaining a significant concussion with continuing Post Concussion Syndrome was thankfully settled out of court. We had a very tough case. Everyone we worked with at Fucelli & Lee was amazing. They took the stress, fear, and all that comes with it after an accident and handled it all. I was kept informed on a constant basis and if I had questions they were answered right away. I hope to never be in another accident but if I am I will call them again.

Couldn’t recommend more highly. Every person I interacted with at this office was not only courteous and professional but also people I genuinely liked. John truly helped advocate for my wishes in the dispute, even when it meant not pursuing more possible money. He was both caring and a skilled negotiator. He and the firm were always responsive and timely in case updates or questions. In terms of legal cases, the entire matter was handled relatively quickly. What a wonderful approach. At the time of my accident Keith recommended to focus on healing, not on money. He directed me to resources to promote healing. He obtained all the funds available that covered my medical expenses with funds left over to cover my time off work. I don't know about you, but I wanted to get well... not live the rest of my disabled. Sure appreciated his challenge stay focused with that being the end goal.
