Second time having the pleasure of working with Jess Cash and the team at Fuicelli & Lee. Despite the uncooperative and rude adjuster for the at fault party's insurance co, Jess would not take no for an answer. She fought until she got me my settlement. While I hope never to be in the position of hiring an injury attorney again, if I do need one I will be contacting Fucelli & Lee again.

The best experience ever- I was involved in a minor collision but needed transported to the hospital and had medical bills. All I wanted was for the insurance company to pay for the repair and medical bills. Well if you are reading here you know it isn't that easy... To make a long wonderful story short Amanda took my case along with the rest of the team like it was the only one they had- First they made sure I was physically okay (Thank you DR Ron) then they managed to get all the bills and repairs paid and some extra. They took over and said "Let us go to work" and they did!! Big Thank you

I posted a question on Justia.com asking why most lawyers turn down medical malpractice/wrongful death/negligence cases just because they may be complicated. I was so frustrated because every attorney that I spoke with turned my case down. It had to do with the death of my father in August of 2017. Long story but, after I posted that, I received a call the next day from Amanda Francis expressing her condolences and offering to take a review of my case. She expressed true genuine interest and true empathy to my pain and heartbreak. She's currently taking the time to go through thousands of pages of medical records just to evaluate the situation. I had to leave this review because even if she comes back and tells me that there just isn't a way due to xyz, I'm ok with that and I would trust her opinion because she actually cared. For that warmth and caring, I give this law firm 5 stars as there is no doubt in my mind that anyone who had a case would be represented to the fullest. Keith Fuicelli and Amanda Francis did a superb job legally representing me after my traffic accident. In September 2014 my daughter and I were involved in a head on collision involving multiple vehicles caused by a reckless driver. The period following the accident was very stressful for me. Keith was extremely professional and attentive to all my concerns. My phone calls and E-mails were almost always answered by Keith immediately and on the rare occasions he wasn't available I consistently received a response within 24 hrs. Keith turned an extremely complicated situation involving multiple insurance companies into a very simple process for me. The settlement I received was three times more than the original projection. Jessica (Jess) Cash is amazing! She always made sure I knew what was going on with my case. She helped me throughout my entire process including helping me find a chiropractor after my car accident.
