Fantastic and professional attorneys!

I want to share my experience working with two wonderful attorneys, Keith Fuicelli and Amanda Francis. I hope this helps others make an informed decision about who to turn to for help if suffering from a personal injury. I was involved in a car accident over five years ago. I was injured with both a whiplash and concussion. Within 24 hours, the at fault driver’s insurance company began calling to request a statement from me. At the time, I was not able to provide a statement due to my injuries. After the third call, my husband and I decided to hire an attorney. We had no idea the process would be ongoing over the course of five years. Two years following my accident, my injuries were properly diagnosed. I suffer from vestibular, brain stem and upper cervical spine injuries. My cognition has also been affected. I am a wife, mother of two children and was a professional Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a counseling practice. Due to these injuries I have not been able to work in any capacity. These injuries have diminished my involvement with family and friends. I cannot pursue my hobbies and volunteer interests. I have been receiving medical treatments weekly for over five years. We had an unfavorable experience with our first attorney. My case was challenging due to my brain injury and he did not appear willing to fight for me. He even suggested that we consider another attorney. This was disappointing and upsetting, as I had been with their law firm for over two years. This was a large law practice in Denver and he could afford to put time and energy into my case! It was also during a crucial time, as we were suing State Farm for my Under Insured Motorist policy and a trial date had been set. My husband and I began searching the Brain Injury Alliance of Colorado website for referrals. This is where we found our new attorney, Keith Fuicelli. I knew they would advocate and fight for me. Keith and Amanda took the time to personally visit my doctors and attend several of my rehabilitation appointments. They devoted countless hours to prepare for my case. Keith and Amanda walked me through this very stressful process, including a seven hour deposition and mediation. During these experiences, I learned that they are compassionate, competent professionals and both have great senses of humor! I found all of these traits to be extremely comforting and inspiring, as I struggled physically and emotionally to get through challenging moments. Fuicelli and Lee, P.C. is unlike other law firms. They gave me personal attention and made sure I understood each step of the legal process. They had the experience and insight to help me see the big picture and navigate through the horrible mind games State Farm was subjecting me to! I had not doubt Keith and Amanda were prepared to go to trial on my behalf. Thankfully, due to their hard work, State Farm settled our full policy limits during mediation. Attorneys take an oath to represent their clients zealously! I believe Keith and Amanda did just that. We had two very different experiences with the law firms we sought help from. AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! I'm glad i was referred to Mr Fuicelli for an accident i was involved in back in Sept. The process couldn't be any more simpler.
