Despite the recovery and other challenges my parents faced over the course of the last year, Lori was able to deliver great news to my parents by delivering them a fair settlement that alleviated their near-term and longer-term financial needs. NOT TRUE I had the misfortune of having raw sewage pour into my hotel room and being hospitalized for a week because of it.
