I am an attorney who has used Whitney Traylor as a mediator, and he is a miracle worker. Both cases looked extremely unlikely to settle, even well into the mediation, because of very difficult parties. Whitney never gave up and worked very hard to help the parties reach a reasonable settlement. My clients felt heard and understood. After 8 years working for a company that encourages abusive behavior from their managers and supervisors towards their employees I finally had enough and stood up to the harassment being leveled at me at work creating a hostile environment for me and others on the job.
