Staff was very helpful, answering all questions and when you put in a request to speak with the attorney they call you right away. Hopefully I don't need to, but if I do I will definitely hire frank Azar team again. Thanks for all the help you guys gave me.

Contacted them via online and was advised I’d hear back in 24hrs. I ended up hearing back right away, barely a few hours later. Got to speak with a woman at first, then was told I’d hear back from someone who works with the attorneys regarding my case. Heard back from Joseph 2hrs later and was told they are going to take my case and help me out. So far it’s been a really great experience & look forward to working with the company!

Amazing! Liz has been helping me get all my information in as well as giving me all the information I could need. This is the first time I’ve ever been through something like this and she has been empathetic and very informative.
