Very happy with their services. My husband got a speeding ticket and he was able to get points knocked off. The entire process was easy, communication was constant, no matter what questions arose. Super helpful which includes Mr. Poormon as well as his legal assistant Keri. Would highly recommend . Hopefully we will never be in a situation again that we require legal help, however, if so I would certainly go back to this firm.

Mr.Poormon and his staff were not only professional but treated me like an individual, not just another case. I wasn’t the typical client to deal with but they were so patient with me, explaining every step of the process, making it super easy for me to get through it. I got to work with Richard Poormon in my case. Very kind and genuine, he asked the right question and I shared with him my situation. What I love was that he came in quick 2 wks before my court date and took on my case. My last lawyer was not professional after we asked him "Do you feel confident to take on my case?" That lawyer exchanged unacceptable words with my husband, needless to say we part our ways from the last lawyer. So when my lawyer retainers found Mr. Poorman he took over AND had a way better plea deal than my last lawyer. Mr. Poorman took on our teenage daughter's case. She had been in a traffic accident which was her fault and was facing many points and a very high fine. He was able to drastically reduce the points and lower the fine to almost nothing. Mr. Poorman and his staff were very responsive, incredibly helpful along each step of the process, and compassionate towards our teen's situation. Everything was done with ease, executed quickly and stress free. Mr. Poorman and his staff made us feel comfortable placing our daughter's dire situation in his hands. The outcome could not have been any better. While we hope to never be in this situation again, if needed, we would hire him immediately without a second thought. Jim is a great lawyer and worked hard for me even through COVID and Elizabeth is a great paralegal and was always available to answer all my questions and needs in a very timely manner.
