Giving them one star because that's the least I can give. Only writting a review because they kept asking me to check their reviews... I think to make me stop and reconsidered... Well here is my review... My mother in law had to wait a month to hear back about a letter she had received that had been sitting on someone's desk for a month before we got a hold of someone at the office. They kept asking for evidence which she had already provided and still wanted more... let's consider the time is ticking now we have to send all evidence gathered since it's time sensitive. Back and forth talking with front desk to find out her lawyer was not working there anymore. Then her case was given to someone else who was working part time... again let's consider the evidence has been seating there and it's time sensitive. Finally we asked for her records only to wait another week to finally get them... will not recommend.
