I won my disability case with Will about a year ago. I’ve been meaning to write a review, but it says something that I’m STILL thinking about how grateful I am to him. He took my case even though he didn’t think we had a great chance at winning. He always called or emailed back in a super timely manner and was friendly and professional throughout the entire process. We won against the odds and my life will only continue to get better thanks to him!

I would highly recommend Viner Disability. Will and his staff were incredibly patient and understanding. They always answered all of my many questions and never once made me feel like I was a bother. I had been denied three times before I hired them, and he helped me win my case and retro active back payments. I would call him before any one else!

Will was my representation for my disability case. I had a particularly hard case, wherein I have multiple invisible illnesses that cause me extreme chronic pain. I got sick young, at the time he took my case I had been sick for about 7 years and was still only 29. While I had multiple diagnoses, none of them were technically in the list of diseases that obtain approval for disability. My biggest problem is never knowing how I am going to feel and when I will have a flair, therefore I am unreliable as an employee. It took applying for disability twice with denials and a court appointment for us to finally win my case. When I say “us” I really mean US. We were very much a team. Will always walked me through what was going to happen next, what to expect, and his experience. He was always honest with me. He never gave me any false hope, but at the same time made me feel like he was going to get me justice. I always knew he was doing absolutely everything he could to help my case. He was always very on top of things, doing his due diligence and advocating for me. Once we had gotten my approval after the court appointment, he followed up to make sure I received my benefits. He continued to answer questions for months afterwards, even though technically his obligations had been full filled. Even then he never made me feel like a nuisance and even more, still made me feel like he was there for me. Will really cares about those of us in need of disability. He will work hard for you and he won’t give up until you have approval. I am so happy I chose Will Viner to represent me with my disability case!
