I wouldn’t recommend this lawyer if you have mental health disabilities. He didn’t even try to argue my case in court against the vocational expert or even convince the judge of all my disabilities either. It was a waste of nearly two years.

William Viner is a great attorney and knows the disability law. He did a great job with my case. It took over 2 years because of the COVID problems, but he stuck with me and kept me informed. I had a very bad case worker that kept turning us down even after they sent me to their very own SSDI doctor and he recommended disability for me and my case still said no. So William took my case to court with a judge. One of the first things the judge told me was that my lawyer did a great job in presenting my case to her with all the facts about me and why I should be on disability. We won our case because William did a great job. I highly recommend him to everyone.

Will and his support staff helped me navigate my SSDI claim for quiet some time. At no point did the ball get dropped. Although my claim fell partly during the Covid pandemic (which delayed some Government services) his coaching and preparation paid off in the end.
