Mr. Swain is a keen advocate for any and all issues related to employment law in Colorado. In our consultation , he carefully listened to the issues I was having at work and researched the legality of the several violations and breaches of the law that my employer had committed. In this particular instance , he advised me to avoid lengthy and costly litigation (which ultimately was a wise decision.) I will be returning as a customer to have him assist me with future employment agreements if at all possible. Nobody wants to need a lawyer. The staff here have been helping me with the presses of filing for disability. They have worked well with me knowing that I have a problem communicating thru email and written communication at times.
