When I first CONTACTED the Viner law firm I was very afraid about my future and livelihood because I had such severe symptoms from my back and hip conditions. I won my case so Id gladly give Viner Disability Law ten stars if I could. We never met and did everything via email or over the phone. Due to covid, even the hearing was over the phone so I can’t speak to it beyond that venue. That being said, I felt completely comfortable with Will and his staff. I felt validated for the first time in years. The hardest part was the wait but Will was always responsive with any issues or questions or updates I had. I can’t say it enough, if you absolutely can’t work due to a disability- go to Will! It’s a huge weight off of your shoulders. ☺️

Where do I even start! Mr. Viner and his staff were amazing...I highly recommend if you have tried going down this road with Social Security on your own Mr. Viner will pick up the ball and follow through every step of the way. Will was invaluable in helping me apply for and obtain my social security benefits. He made the process simple for me by explaining all the forms, submitting needed information for me, and interacting with the social security office on my behalf. First of all, if you need someone considerate, knowledgeable, professional and most of all companionate, you couldn't find better people than Will and his team. On top of that, the shared knowledge of disability law and professional connections with those who work or worked for the Social Security system gives them insight and tools that I haven't seen other firms utilize. After trying a portion of applying for Social Security myself and realizing I was wayyyyyyy over my head, I was in a panic and first called many other firms for help with my case. All were completely unhelpful from the get-go or after hearing about the complexity of my case decided not to represent me and one even went as far to say she didn't think I would find someone to do so. I wish Viner was higher on my call list so I wouldn't have had to go through all of that mess. When I did call, I gave the same information to the paralegal that I had the other firms and within a very short time, I got a call back from Will himself. He had a few short questions, some of which other firms haven't even asked about. After the short chat, Will stated that he would like to represent me. I don't think I was expecting such a quick answer and I got a little emotional. He was the first person to actually listen and believe what I was going through without first providing a billion pages of documents from doctors, psychiatrists, etc. before even giving me the time of day. Because of taking time to try so many other firms before, I was in a time crunch (understatement) to get needed documents in. Somehow Will took everything over and got what was needed from me to SSA in time and the process rolling. Amazing. As everyone knows, SSA takes forever on each step and as each step did come, I was well informed of decisions and options as well as timetables for everything. Because of the extreme complications and difficulty of my disability case, we hit snags. But each time we did, there was always a next step and Viner Disability Law kept me up to date and personally communicated with me when there were decisions to be made. It is now over 2 years later and I have no regrets sticking with Will and his team. I would not be where I am now if not for them and would have given up on more than just my disability case.
