I highly recommend Monte to handle any driving related offense that requires a lawyer. My first time writing a review ever but a much deserved one. Before speaking with Monte, I had spoken with 3 attorney offices. His phone conversation convinced me to meet him to discuss further. It was because he seemed to care about the case and asked questions I hadn’t thought of. I didn’t want to waste any time meeting with a bunch of attorneys to try and fine the right one. He cut right through that on the call. Monte will be there with you from the 1st call, to the final court date. He was able to prevent my license from being suspended by a 28 point “Leaving the scene of an Accident” charge to a 3 point offense with some Community Service. You might think the Community Service is a big deal but I can tell you it’s better than a criminal charge, saved my license, and was a humbling experience to see a side of the community we might not see. Can’t tell you how grateful I was to get this outcome, as I was certain I would be unemployed afterwards.

Monte was absolutely amazing! He took on my case for a bad speeding ticket, and took out every bit of stress. He was able to help resolve my charges and even lower my fee a significant amount, and I had to do almost nothing! This is nothing to do with luck, because Monte’s strategy and experience helped me achieve such a good result. Because of a traffic violation, the judge want to put me in jail for one year and fined me $1,000.I found Monte and asked him to help me solve this case. I followed the advice he gave me and completed what he requested. In court, Monte calmly dealt with the judge's questions and was approved by the judge. Help me change the sentence from one year to innocence, and the fine from $1,000 to exemption. I am an Asian and my English is not very good.
