I would highly recommend Monte to anyone with any traffic offense. He was very professional and handled my case better than what I expected. That being said I wish I could rate him more than 5 stars he’s just that good & very communicative. Hands down one of the best lawyers in Denver.

Mr. Krizman did a wonderful job on my case. He walked me through all steps of the process, and kept me up to date with any new information regarding the case. First let me say Casey is not like most lawyers, he’s not trying to take you for your money first and after you sign and pay then listen to your story. Casey genuinely heard my version of what happened before he even asked if I wanted him to represent me. He also gave suggestions and showed that he was confident and would fight for me. It’s hard for any innocent person to put their faith in someone they know nothing about, but as soon as I hired mr. Krizman, I knew he was working for me. He had sent messages to the D.A. Within the hour. Setting the tone and showing that I’m represented. Right away I felt a sigh of relief because in my case I had lots of witnesses against me and felt like I might have to plead to something I didn’t do. After gathering sufficient evidence on my behalf and writing out every scenario professionally, Mr. Krizman tried to get my case dismissed. In that he was trying to save me as much money and time away from work as he could. After his research Casey knew I was innocent and was very angry with the state for not overlooking the case and making the right call. So he put pressure on the D.A. and let her know that we’re not accepting any of their plea deals. It was pretty evident that they just wanted to drag the proceedings out to trial. This did not intimidate Casey at all! He was well prepared and knew that we’re winning this case. My case was dismissed the week of trial and Mr. Krizman was standing at my side the whole way. I had no doubts that this man was going to go over and beyond for my case. I would definitely hire him again in any criminal case. I’m very grateful for him and his team.
