To All Future Clients:- I was with Sawaya Law and migrated to Wilhite Law when they bout the firm from Mike Sawaya. I had a accident back in 2021 and now if you call Wilhite they have no record of my existence. However they have a lien on my case for 10% and this is for the low end service they provided me back in the days. They changed my attorney and paralegal / case managers more than 5 times and I get that is the tactic they play then they want you to move the case to a different Law Firm. Finally I moved to a different law group and they tried to settle me out for low ball offer that does not even cover my medical bills. I tried to go back them and they won't take me in because all the law firm is busy yet they advertise for new clients everywhere but treat the old ones like dust-pile. Also English is not my first language so I am still struggling due to this lien on the case for any new attorney to take it because of less meat in this case.....So incase they change the attorneys you know where its heading and you have been WARNED!! EDIT - Look at the response from the firm that spends thousands every week on ads on billboard, radio and buses. Thank you for not doing your job Wilhite. You guys have all the low ball offers for your clients then be honest in your campaign. Let all clients know that you work for low offer settlements. I am happy I am not your client anymore.
