My lawyer was absolutely terrible. There were long periods between communication. Like, I got literally nothing for 6 months. She was unable to even win enough to cover my medical bills. She told me to take an offer that was not acceptable because she told me she was unable to get the insurance to budge... When I accepted by her request, she told me "well you should have asked for more" after she told me to take the offer and there's no way to get more. What as joke. They also tracked on a bunch of fees at the end that were not explained. I didn't even cover my medical bills, let alone time lost from work and pain and suffering. She took advantage of me and I will be contacting the Colorado BAR association.
