May 1, 2020 I was a victim in a car accident that completely changed my life, physically, mentally, financially and I didn’t know what the first thing to do besides file a claim was. I called around to so many different legal agencies, and spoke to quite a few different attorneys who were interested in taking my case, however Wilhite Law (Formerly known as Sawaya Law Firm) really caught my attention as when I spoke to them, they truly had this sense of compassion, and desire to see that everything was handled as best as they possibly could. During the first year of my case, there were up’s and down’s due to different companies just being challenging, the case manager Jackie was wonderful with communication and helped me navigate everything. When John Friedberg came onto my case, it was like a breath of fresh air. It’s very rare to come across someone who like Jackie understands just how much my life was impacted within this event. My life changed in ways that I still am healing and processing on a regular basis, and working with John made me feel so thankful to know that regardless of how this all works out, he’s passionate about his job, clients, and just truly wants the best for everybody involved. When you work with John, you receive amazing communication, the ability to speak freely without fear of judgement or bias, he has a very kind and compassionate demeanor, however fights for his clients as hard as he can. He was transparent, honest, and professional, he explained things in a way that without any doubt in my mind I knew he could be successful in completing my 2 cases. In which he did, when I got the phone call explaining the most wonderful news saying essentially “I have great news; We did it!” I couldn’t stop thanking him, it was so relieving to hear those words. If you need an Attorney who will fight to the very end for you, and truly make you feel worthy to receive everything John Friedberg is the Attorney for you.
