When I was hit in December of 2019, I was an independent food delivery driver, driving 32,000 miles a year (in Weld County). I watch a lot of daytime tv, and part of that is seeing endless personal injury lawyer ads. The day before I was hit, I had decided that if I was ever in an accident, I would call The Paul Wilkinson Law Firm. I remembered an old ad from years ago "I'm Paul, I do one thing, and I do it well" always stuck in my head. I called when I got to the hospital, I had no health insurance, and no idea how injured I was or what the outcome would be.  I just knew there was no way I could handle it on my own. I first spoke with Gary who took my initial information (Btw, he has a super adorable wirehair pointer), and Paul himself drove out to my place in Evans to meet with me the following day. Paul agreed to take my case and helped to arrange medical financing to address my injuries. Paul even personally bent over backwards to help me out when I was in the hospital. Garrett and Jodi were very helpful and always available to answer any questions I had. They were both very knowledgeable and kept me informed of the progress of my case. They were also very compassionate and understanding, which made the whole process less stressful for me. I was assigned Matthew Shows as my attorney, and he was fantastic. He kept me informed every step of the way, and he secured a settlement that exceeded my expectations. Overall, my experience with the Paul Wilkinson Law Firm was outstanding. Unfortunately I found myself In need of a lawyer when I was in a car accident caused by an uninsured driver. I needed help against my own insurance company who were less than accommodating and honest. I was represented by Matthew Shows, his expertise in this field is exceptional. Highly recommend working with Jon and Paul - I had a really complex and unique case where the accident occurred with an underinsured motorist whose insurance coverage didn't come close to paying my medical bills, and we had to look for other sources of coverage. They were able to find and collect an additional Underinsured Motorists (UIM) source of coverage for me that significantly increased my settlement, and worked with my health insurance company to drastically bring down my subrogation lien, allowing for me to walk away with a larger settlement than initially thought possible after the accident. They took care of everything so that I didn't have to. Thank you!!

After being hit by a drunk driver, I wasn’t sure what to do with the legal battle. I was represented by Jonathan Stine and he took care of everything. I was represented by Michael Stegman. He kept me from a much deeper net loss after a reckless driver with minimum coverage destroyed me and put me out of work for an extended period. I did not recover full losses and have ongoing issues bur it would have been much worse if not for his work.
