Phil is honestly the most knowledgable and assertive lawyer you will find. He is straight to the point and understands the law. Philip Geigle misslead me and stole my money. He told me that he was going to represent me but then he sent his completly incompetent wife in his place. To defend me, a man in a DV case. She knew nothing of my case and attempted to continue my case without approving any decision with me although i made every intention known that i wanted to go to trial immediatly. The Geigles are horrible liars that will say anything to get their hands on your money. They miss repented themselves by not appearing. They hurt me and they never took any accountability for thier actions. Im writing this in hopes that they won't be able to hurt anyone else the way that they hurt me and my family. Good luck.

What can I say? Phil is a fantastic, competent Attorney. Prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and focused. A number of false accusations brought a high degree of stress into my life and things were not looking good for me. Phil was up-front, honest, and eventually got all charges dismissed. Victor is by far, the best attorney I have seen yet. He not only is extremely compassionate, caring, and prompt/understanding of the fact that in most situations "time is of the essence", but he is a damn good attorney that gets the best possible results in every situation I have seen so far. And not just in my life but in the many many other peoples lives that I know who have hired him in the past 8-9 years. When you have to spend money on a lawyer, it's important to feel that you matter to that lawyer just as much as the next person regardless of how much your case will make them, and for me, I personally can't stand it when I hire a lawyer and he sends his d-list assistants or whatever to your court dates like another lawyer I've made the mistake of working with for the "name" before I was referred to Victor by a friend that speaks very highly of him. Victor Stazzone has never avoided my calls, been late and kept me waiting in court or in the office, is always extremely respectful, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond for me and everyone I know that uses his services, wether he is going to make anything from his assistance to me or not, sometimes he just talks me through things and does some research for me and expects nothing in return, and for that I'll always bring my business here and refer anyone in need of representation to him. He doesn't act as if he is "above me" or too high profile and as if I'm wasting his time like certain people who's office is on Broadway downtown haha. This is definitely the lawyer you want, or at least the law firm you want! All attorneys in this office are wonderful.
