I highly recommend Robert and Cohen and team! It is hard enough when you have to come to the conclusion of filing for bankruptcy. From the first time I called the office and spoke to the receptionist and then meeting with Robertson Cohen himself they were very professional and understanding to our needs. Our case was not an easy one and Robertson spent countless hours to get us the best outcome possible! Definitely would recommend that you contact them!!!!

I felt I had legal issues that were not being handled correctly by my retained attorney and called Mr. Cohen for a consultation as I was looking to replace my other attorney. Mr. Cohen was very matter of fact but helpful with options available to me that either he or my other attorney could assist me with. We reached the conclusion that I didn't need his legal services but nor did I need my current attorney to continue with the current path because it would not change the inevitable outcome. As much as I wanted Mr. Cohen to wave his magic wand and fix my problems I had peace of mind that I received sound legal advice from him. He went above and beyond what a normal free consultation would entail. I never felt that he was in a rush to get me off the phone or pressure me to hire him to provide legal services. I can see why Mr. Cohen has received exceptional review from his peers and is considered a "Super Lawyer" in Colorado and ranked as a top attorney. If you need an lawyer for any of the areas he specializes in, I would not hesitate to hire him.

Had a problem with a bankruptcy from 6 years previous and the lawyer that i had used in this case was no longer available. I went in for a consultation with with Rob to see if there was anything that his office could do. Rob was straight to the point and didn't pull any punches, It was not the answer i was looking or hoping for but it was the correct, legal one that let me know where I stood on this matter. If I am ever need of these kinds of legal services or know of someone that does I will recommend this office.

Rob made the whole bankruptcy process easy and relatively pain-free. He and his staff were always helpful whenever I had questions. As a mortgage banker, I am not always able to say my experiences in working with attorneys is a positive one. Especially when they are a bankruptcy attorney. However, Rob is a substantially different case than most. Our mutual client had worked with Rob on a bankruptcy SEVEN years ago. When my client e-mailed Rob, not only did he know who she was, he asked her how things were going and took the time to catch up with a past client. We needed Rob's help with something that was an unconventional request to help our client qualify for a home. Not to mention, this was not in his job description (unless he were to be paid for the work rendered). Rob understood the situation and took time out of his work day to make sure his past client was taken care of. He could have charged my client for the work rendered if he wanted to and no one could have said a word. But the fact that this man did everything by the book and out of a sincere willingness to help someone in need, speaks volumes about the way he runs his business and takes care of his people. If you want to find a bankruptcy attorney that has your best interest at heart instead of theirs, you would be foolish to go to anyone besides Robertson Cohen. The man is a five star professional and I will be referring my personal client business his way. I can assure you of that.

We had a very positive experience during our initial consultation meeting. Rob was very helpful in conveying various options to consider. Although a definitive decision on how we plan to proceed was not made at the conclusion of our consultation meeting, we never once felt pressured to make any decision on the spot or take any particular course of action right away. Nevertheless, we left the meeting trusting the information and advice that was dispensed to us. We feel that we are now better prepared to make an informed decision ourselves on what course of action to take based on the information Rob provided to us. In the end, Rob was very helpful in making some recommendations for us to consider first before filing for bankruptcy and was more than willing to refer us elsewhere for one of the discussed options. One thing is for sure and that is if we do end up going the bankruptcy route, whether it is next month or next year, we will not hesitate to come back to Rob and ask him to handle it for us.

Rob is the reason we are still in our home today due to all of his hard work at winning our case. We are forever indebted to him and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of legal services.
