I called the law firm and spoke to Danny to get his thoughts on a legal matter that I have. Rather than make me pay an insane amount of money to retain him on a matter that it turns out would have been a waste of time and energy, he demonstrated the highest level of integrity I have seen in an attorney in a very long time. I told Danny about the situation I was in and whether I should appeal the court's decision or not. After explaining the entire situation, he looked up case law and found that the Colorado Supreme Court had ruled on a similar situation. We both concluded that it would be a waste of time and he saved me from having to spend money i really didnt have to spend. Most attorneys will tell you to retain them so that they can do the research and make a determination, but this attorney puts his integrity and ethics BEFORE money and you dont see that very often in attorneys nowadays. If I had an active criminal case, I have no doubt that I would be in very good hands with Danny and his law firm because they truly believe in leveling the playing field and fighting for justice, whether "justice" is in the form of a monetary award, a case being dismissed, proceeding to trial, or plea negotiations. This law firm WILL NOT take your money and do the very minimum required by the constitution as most Public Defender's often do. This law firm is about the QUALITY of the defense.
