To the Broncos fans out there - remember the 2013 regular season, when Peyton Manning was at his prime? That was such a great season because there was always a sense that we were going to come out ahead. It didn't matter who or where we were playing. It didn't matter how bad our defense played. It didn't matter if we were down by two touchdowns with just 5 minutes to go. As long as we had Peyton behind center, it always felt like we were going to pull out the win. Having Danny Luneau as your defense attorney is the legal equivalent to having 2013 Peyton Manning as your quarterback. No matter how bleak your case seems, Danny will find a way to secure a good outcome. In the same way that Peyton knew what the defense was going to do before the ball was even snapped, Danny knows the prosecution's playbook and how to counter it. Danny proved his experience and expertise in my case by negotiating a frankly unbelievable plea deal that turned what could have been a somewhat serious charge into a mere 4-point traffic ticket.

Danny is a great attorney and a great listener, he is not just an attorney that will just try to get you to take a plea deal and not accept alternative defenses you believe you have, if you believe you have a legitimate defense and he agrees he is willing to execute on your behalf and will advise you appropriately. I have fought several of my traffic tickets and won pro se, so I have a pretty good grasp on traffic law, however when I was accused of DUI facing possible jail time and other penalties I knew I had to hire the best, the courts will not take you seriously without an attorney. Charlie Fife initially noticed an error in the paperwork in the middle of my DMV hearing and properly preserved the objection although the Hearing Officer did not agree. As soon as this was brought to my attention I did my own research and found case law that greatly helped my case, and after showing this to Danny he agreed and prepared a DMV judicial review which is still currently pending due to the Corona COVID-19 virus. The DA in the criminal case however insisted the error was not fatal, the officer involved in the case lied and insisted the error was incorrect and moot and attempted to provide evidence to overcome it. Upon reviewing the 'evidence' it actually proved the opposite, I showed Danny where in the rules this actually proved the error still was valid, and he communicated this to the DA which resulted in a dismissal of all charges in exchange for a non-alcohol Reckless driving plea agreement which is virtually unheard of as there is a statute in Colorado that prohibits pleaing your charges down to a non-alcohol charge unless the DA states on the record a "good faith representation" that they "could not establish a prima facie case if the defendant were brought to trial". I was originally facing 4 charges of wrong-way on a one way, DUI, DUI per se and Careless driving for a combined total of 31 points on my Driver License if convicted in addition to fines & jail time, due to the great collaborative work of this firm we were able to get ALL CHARGES DISMISSED in exchange for a guilty plea to one charge of Reckless Driving which is an 8 point traffic offense, it does carry a possible jail time but the plea agreement which the judge accepted only required approximately $500 in fines & court costs and 2 online classes in addition to Level II Alcohol education which I had already completed months ago on the advice of this firm. I avoided a trial where the DA could have attempted to persuade the jury that even if they couldn't prove DUI that they could find me guilty of DWAI a lesser alcohol offense that still has profound substantial penalties that Reckless driving does not. All in all they were great firm to work with and I've got my life back without having to worry about this hanging over my head. The best thing I can say to Charlie Fife is Thank You! When I contacted Charlie, I was scared and still in shock from both the accident and the DUI ticket I got. Charlie accepted my case even though it was my 3rd offense and he treated me with respect instead of just another drunk to pay his bills. He was clear with me what the worse case outcome could be, what was within my control to manage and what was not, and what he was going to fight for on my behalf. He was also honest about my chances of beating the charges with a jury trial instead of just “going for it” and running up legal fees that I would be hard pressed to pay. As a result of his and his team’s efforts, I received the most favorable sentence possible given my record, and the lowest sentence my sitting judge had ever issued for a 3rd offense. I am extremely pleased with the outcome and recommend Charlie and his firm to anyone struggling with and facing circumstances similar with mine.

Absolute joke. My mother paid $800 just to receive disrespectful calls and emails. He has no clue what he is doing. We ended up having to do the case ourselves. He’s honestly closer to a scam artist than an attorney.

I would highly recommend Fife Luneau to anyone who wants to win. Charlie Fife got my speeding and DUR reduced to a 0 point infraction. Both Charlie and Danny have always been extremely professional and I would trust them with any issue I have had or might incur in the future.

This lawyer accepted my case in December 2019 when I broke my ankle outside my condo in September but after 4 months it seems he has not done anything to pursue any sort of settlement for my claim. I had to constantly reach out to him for a follow up. He would rarely respond for months. Early on he found out that was on medicaid, it seemed he was not interested after this in pursuing my case because he said he couldn't take any percentage of that. I finally told him after his weeks of no response that I was going to find another attorney that was willing to help me but Brian reassured me that he was still in. That was two months ago and once again I was ghosted with no response dor another 2 months to my follow up emails. Today I asked him to send me all correspondence so I could actually see what he had done if anything. He proceeded to tell me that he was no longer interested in pursuing my case after 4 months of wasting my time. I've had surgery on my sprained ankle and 8 weeks of physical therapy and now I have to search for another attorney. Thanks for wasting my time Brian.
