I usually don’t write reviews or referrals, but in this case it would be a great injustice to not tell the world what an unbelievably competent attorney Danny Luneau is. If you happen to find yourself in a situation similar to mine there’s only one thing to do “ Call Danny Luneau” Danny not only has the experience to represent you, but he possesses many many relationships with in the justice system, from judges and DAs to court clerks etc. Not to mention his Reputation for being the best proceeds him. He has intricate knowledge of how the process works, Specifically in any DUI or DWAI scenario.In my situation Danny recognized that the State patrol who arrested me did not follow the parameters which need to be followed in regards to the roadside test and the arresting process. Knowing that so much is at stake and you don’t know how to stand up for yourself, this is the time to call Danny. To make a long story shorter.... my DUI was dismissed and I played guilty to a speeding ticket! Wow! So much at stake: loss of my license, probation, alcohol classes and of course ever rising insurance costs . Need list to say if your savvy enough to recognize that you need representation in the court system This s is the man for the job. During the entire process Dani was on time and attentive to my needs as well he has excellent communication skills and a fantastic staff in house to help you through this difficult time. I hope to never find myself in the situation again, but if I do I would never let anyone else represent me other than Danny Luneau

Danny Luneau did an awesome job representing me in Jefferson County. I could have gotten a 30 day mandatory jail term and a fine of $1000. Instead he was able to get 3 of the 4 charges against me dropped. I received no jail time and a fine of $117.50. I would highly recommend Danny’s services in all areas of defense law.

Danny and Charlie are outstanding attorneys . I was in desperate need of representation for the first time in my life and I am so glad I found them. I initially started with a different attorney, who was very good but I felt he wasn't the best fit for my case specifically. When I told him I was thinking of going with another attorney and told him who, he actually agreed that I should let Danny take over. I think that speaks volumes.
