I have hired Danny Luneau to defend me on numerous accounts and he has went above and beyond to not only accomplish a common goal, but to get me the best result possible during difficult cases. Danny, his associates and his office staff were always very welcoming and helpful. He is an honest professional on every account and punctual with his communication. Danny is also very knowledgable about the law and comes highly recommended through the community that knows him. Mr. Luneau, Is a cold blooded killer in the arena we call a court room. Its easy to say that I would not have gotten the offer I did if it wasnt without his knowledge, history ; dedication. As always you get what you pay for,and with the courtroom bs. You need this dude as he is one bad a** mofo.

As a returning client and repeat offender, I hope this information is credible. In society today, life won’t slow down to empathize with carelessness, and proper representation is needed in subsequent circumstances of sophisticated error. I was personally represented twice by Danny Luneau, and have also had the pleasure of engaging with Charlie Fife in the past. Legal counsel is not intended to fight our ethical battles or form an opinion surrounding our innocence (or potential lack thereof), but rather to defend our right to be proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt which is a dutiful burden on prosecution. I was facing a 9-month jail sentence for a potential third DUI offense, without guarantee of work release which would have cost me my new position at the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Hospital. Danny’s diligent and extensive research enabled him to defend rights I didn't even know I have. He tailored defense to my specific case and all scenarios therein to include submission of similar cases ruling in favor of the defense.
