Hands down the best process servers on the Western Slope. Roland has built its reputation by word of mouth recommendations from paralegals, legal secretaries and law firm staff who depend on Roland to get it done, and done right. If it absolutely, positively, has to be served on time an in compliance with the CRCPs, then call Roland.

I had Hired this firm to handle an estate issue over a year ago and I live out of state Alex was my lawyer I feel that he treated my case with the upmost of importance. Estate issues with family there really never is a winner there will always be loss of something. If I needed any questions answered he contacted me within a very reasonable time. I would definitely hire Mr. Alex again if need be. I gave 4 stars because I just don’t ever give 5. I am very happy with the service and professionalism that this firm has It didn’t matter if I was talking to the receptionist or counsel, and it was really always a pleasure dealing with them. If I need them for anything else I am sure that I could count on them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that would be in need.

I messaged them for help on Thursday night, automated message back said they would contact me soon. Next day, Alex called. He answered all of my questions quickly and respectfully and quoted a very reasonable retainer. As it turned out, we ended up not needing a lawyer, and Alex was understanding and wished us the best. Couldn't have asked for anything better.

I have never seen a more unprofessional set of servers. My lawyer Onyejekwe contacted them for an out of state service in Dec 2019, asked for the price and it was paid. Anthoula whom we have been communicating with was given clear instructions on best times to go and what time. They came back to us and told us they had gone 4 times and got no response , so we would have to pay again for them to serve respondent. My lawyer paid a second time , with clear instructions again on when and where to meet the respondent , only for them to come back the second time (after payment has been made again ) saying their server went to serve and got no response. I mean who goes to serve at 4pm when you were clearly told go by 8 am or after 6pm. I am livid because this is money been spent without receiving any value. I will not recommend this company to anyone. They will totally frustrate you. What kind of service do you give to customers, come on!

They sat on my subpoena for a week before they served it. They sent me an email to call them, so I did. It took two people in about 8 minutes for them to find me in their system. I would try to find somebody else to service a subpoena!

I was extremely disappointed with their help with my real estate problem. I think some of their billing was very unfair
