From my initial phone call with Colleen, I knew she was the attorney I needed. She was competent on the law and an excellent advocate.

We contacted Evans Case to help us through a somewhat contentious probate after my father passed. Worked with Aaron Evans and Taylor Howell for most of the process and both of them were very helpful and responsive, while also being detailed and attentive to our specific issues. When we had questions, they answered quickly yet thoroughly. Going through something like this sometimes requires assistance from experienced professionals and you want those folks to help you feel secure and confident in the process. The lawyers and paralegals and Evans Case provide those aspects and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for help in their probate matters. We are needing to update and prepare our will and estate matters soon and will most certainly use Evans Case.

Awesome service, with a quick and fast response

I would like to start off stating that there are no words to express how appreciative me and my family are to Evans Case and Alex Urban. This last year has been extremely difficult, to say the least, trying to get things situated with my mother's will due to unforeseen circumstances. Alex was very professional and left no stones unturned at trial, which resulted in the judge ruling in our favor. But most of all, I would like to thank you Alex and Evans Case for your compassion and understanding and never losing hope. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs help during a very difficult time. Thank you all again.

Evens Case was wonderful! I had a short amount of time to get thing's taken care of, and they worked like mad with everyone to get my case done, and over for me. I am very grateful to have had them working with me.

Roland Process Service was a dream to find! I called up hoping to get some paperwork served to a P.O. box. Apparently that's not really a thing... The gal I spoke with on the phone could hear the frustration in my voice after listening to me explain all I had was a P.O. box and no real address. That gal was Anthoula and she was amazing to work with from that point forward. She was incredibly sweet, friendly, knowledge, and helped explain how this whole process works. She was able to look up a real address and in no time, get the defendant in my case served. I would without a doubt recommend RPS!!
