Howard Goodman is a great attorney and he only focuses on 1 thing, Bankruptcy. I tried to file before with another Attorney which didn’t work. Go with someone who has the most experience with Bankruptcy and doesn’t have his fingers in everything else. Howard put me at ease through the entire process, especially the meeting with the trustee. He was always available when I had a question by phone, no back and forth with emails. He told me step by step what needed to be done and what I needed to bring to him. I would recommend Howard to all the need to go through the bankruptcy process, he knows what he is doing. Thank you Howard!!

Very Knowledgeable, Mr. Goodman is very respectful and kind, he will put you at ease immediately, and has candy in his office! I had advice from a different attorney that had I listened to him I would not have been able to have a certain bill discharged. Mr. Goodman knew immediately the correct answer but, never put the other lawyer down, very professional. In court he is extremely professional the judge acknowledged him and took all his explanations and answers as true fact. The judge didn't treat all attorneys in the same manner. When in court I answered a question incorrectly Mr. Goodman just looked over at me had a genuine smile on his face, which calmed me down, court can be extremely nerve racking, and had me answer the question again correctly. You will not find a better attorney!

Bankruptcy can be a daunting experience. Howard's professionalism and knowledge eased my fears. And in this day and age you can't always count on people, but Howard has always done what he said he would do when he said he would do it. He has continued to give us advice and answer our silly questions during the entire process. Howard makes bankruptcy relatively painless. Howard is an excellent attorney and a genuinely nice man.
