Hired Robinson & Henry after paying a $150 consultation fee where Anna Trobee lied to me about the Colorado CDL points system and told me that my license would be suspended if I didn't lower points of a recent speeding ticket. I paid a $6,000 retainer for her to negotiate with the DA in Littleton. Years ago I paid about $550 for these same services in Thornton and was successful in reducing the points for a ticket so while I thought this was an extremely high price, Anna assured me that the leftover retainer would be returned to me. At our first hearing (which I took off work to attend) she called in via Zoom and stated to the Judge that "she had not had any time to look in to this yet" and asked to reschedule the hearing. She had already spent $1,395 of my retainer prior to that hearing so its unclear how she had not looked in to my case at all yet. She then researched CDL laws and called me stating that I'd just have to accept all the points in the ticket and to plead guilty. She charged me an additional $921 for that research. All in total she was unable to negotiate with the DA for reduced points and I paid a total of $2,317.50 to her firm to eventually plead guilty and have all points assigned. Do not use this firm. Their minimum billing hours is .20 so you will pay $83 for every call they make that goes to voicemail or email that they send on your behalf. They are incompetent in my opinion. I've already been in contact with their office manager and it goes no where. They will take your money and do nothing to help you.

I spoke with Elizabeth German regarding a probate issue. She was professional and transparent during the consultation. She answered all of my questions thoroughly. During the consultation I never felt like she was just telling me what I wanted to hear, in order for me to hire her services. I would highly recommend her services regarding legal matters!

I feel like these folks are a bait and switch type of law firm. Scheduled my appointment for what I thought was going to be a consultation only to join the Zoom with Bobbi who apparently takes your information if you decide to pay the $350, 30 minute consultation plus credit card fees. I simply refuse to pay that kind of money to potentially be told that I don’t have a case. This firm should be more up front about their fees instead of letting people think for a full week prior to their meeting that they’re only speaking with a secretary to take your money.

Dana at Bell & Pollock PC settled my case with the highest regards to me and my family to make sure we had the best settlement offer there was I will go to them for future cases or also refer people too though because how well they took care of my case and kept me informed they're paralegal team is also awesome they're really hard workers especially their paralegal named Jennalyn thank you ladies and gentlemen for helping me with my case
