My husband and I are in the process of building a home so we contacted Robinson & Henry to review our Builder’s contract prior to signing. From the very first phone call the professionalism of this firm was evident. The receptionist was able to schedule a complimentary meeting the same day to meet with Joe Novak to review details of our request and our needs. Joe is simply an excellent lawyer. He is extremely knowledgeable, personable and efficient. Knowing he was helping us put us at ease. Our contract was reviewed by both Joe Novak and Alicia Reinken. Alicia is equally as professional and thoughtful as Joe. It was clearly apparent that she was familiar with every detail of our contract when we met with her to review. Joe and Alicia suggested several changes, almost all of which our builder agreed to. Our builder and his lawyer commented that they had never had such a thorough review of their contract before. Thank you Joe and Alicia for having our back and putting our minds at ease as we move forth with this grand venture.

I met with Elizabeth German for a scheduled appointment on July 8. She was professional, kind & very knowledgeable. Incompetent is a word that comes to mind when I think of this firm. Mr Pollock handled a car accident/insurance payout case for someone very close to me, and made the whole process for her a perpetual nightmare. He dazzled her with empty promises of "aggressive activity" on her case, only for her to find out later there had been complete inactivity on his part. She couldn't even get him to send correspondence to the correct address. He never seemed to return calls or emails, and she always got the same run-around from his staff that he wasn't available. If that isn't bad enough, he had the audacity to file her case without her authorization or review and sent the insurance companies that were preparing to pay her out a letter stating they needed to compensate him AFTER she had already sent him a termination letter, and paid to file the case under new counsel. This duplicate filing of sorts has now thrown a wrench in her settlement process. Needless to say, this "attorney" has caused her an incredible amount of undue stress. A simple internet search confirms multiple complaints of a similar nature and even a malpractice suit against him. NOBODY deserves such flagrant mismanagement of their legal affairs after being involved in a life altering car accident. NOBODY. She now has no choice but to get the Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel involved and examine recourse options for malpractice. I would strongly advise anyone considering representation by this firm to seek it elsewhere.

This firm ruined my life. My case was with Bell and Pollock for 31 months then they dropped me, now no one wants my case. .Thanks Gary and Robert. The original attorney that was assigned to my case left the firm and no one told me. I contacted them in month 23 of 24 and they assigned me a new attorney, Robert Brovege. I guess my case was forced upon him because he told me one thing in the beginning then something totally different later. I have children and my life is noi8w even more of a struggle. I was left to suffer when other attorneys wanted my case at month 23 but he assured me everything would be fine, now I'm lost and probably won't recover a dime. I

I have unfortunately needed Rob's services twice. Throughout both scenarios, Rob was upfront about everything, fought tooth and nail for me, and made me feel like i was actually somebody. Treated me with respect, and dignity. I am a very hard person to deal with, and Rob Brovege went above and beyond. In closing, I will be calling Rob again if needed. No questions asked.

At times it can be difficult to get ahold of them but they are busy. I was satisfied with the service provided by Gary Bell but I don't think I'd work with Paul Duda again given the choice.
