Yesterday afternoon I was told I could get a consultation set up for a pressing matter and that it would be either today (Friday afternoon) or Monday at the latest. The guy on the phone said he couldn’t schedule said 30 minute consultation until I paid $145. I got an immediate email of the charge and THEN was told nobody could speak to me until 2 weeks out and he started rambling on about why it did that which was of no concern to me who had a timeline - and he completely contradicted what he told me about a consult within two business days, also the other woman I spoke to guaranteed something by Monday. Then he didn’t know how to process the refund, placed me on hold to speak to a supervisor, and promised me I would get an email of the refund by the end of the day yesterday which I never received. Shady busy practices. Now I have to call this place back and beg for my money back.

During my initial consultation with Mr. Gabriel Montalvo, he presented himself very professionally. He was knowledgeable, attentive, well spoken, and able to provide options for a path forward in my case. For anyone considering litigation as a remedy, it can feel like a very overwhelming and emotional experience.
