I contacted Robinson & Henry for a legal advice. Steve answered all my questions and provided the needed information. I highly recommend this firm.

Until I paid their retainer, they were Sympathetic, Empathetic & Attentive. As soon as they had my money they became Sociopathic, Gaslighting & Abusive. Dylan Becker committed Felony Fraud taking advantage of & causing direct harm to an individual he knew to be disabled & at-risk. Their firms Customer Service Department even refunded my retainer & "wrote off" all additional fees related to my case due to the gross misconduct of their Attorney. Avoid this firm like the plague they are.

Great consultation experience (30 minute free consultation). I had some concerns and questions regarding a business lease renewal and Mr. Whitmore was very informative and reduced a lot of concerns that I had. Mr. Whitmore was patient, kind and most of all, he was not a salesman. He was very knowledgeable and referred me to go about a different avenue to help negotiate my position. They will sue you if you write a bad Google Review here! Read below for details. I used this firm for a civil issue. The judge found this firm (Robinson and Henry) to have unreasonable billing practices. That is: a court of law made a finding that this firm's billing is unreasonable. For a very simple matter, the firm had 5 lawyers, most of the time junior lawyers consulting with experienced ones. This firm used my money as a training ground for their lawyers and billed me for that training. It was in excess by $20,000 (I paid $30,000, Judge said about $10,000 was reasonable). There were many reasons, including paralegals billing excessively, lawyers who could not back up their billing, and lawyers doing clerical work. Separately: even though I paid full retainer, and paid all my invoices within hours if not seconds, this firm would hound me every time for payment. I mean within seconds of sending an invoice, they would 1. Call my phone and leave a voicemail asking for payment. 2. Text me. 3. Email me. All of this even though I paid my bill within seconds each time, not delinquent. Their money grubbing would interrupt me from doing my day job as if I had to stop everything to pay them within literally seconds, or they will repeatedly harass me until I paid. Here are gems from the judge's ruling "the firm changed their billing from 0.1 to 0.2 without justification", the lawyers fees fluctuated from $375 to $390 without justification, The court removes billing by any other lawyer than the one who testified as to fees. I am happy to provide this judge's rulings, on the unreasonableness of Robinson and Henry fees, to anyone interested! I expect this firm to paste a response here saying please call or email them with my concerns, but I have done exactly that, only to have their senior lawyers yelling at me as if the judge herself was unreasonable. Again: a court of law called this firm unreasonable in its billing. Below the firm responded that I am not a client. Well I am. Mango House in Aurora, look up the owner. That is me. I paid you like $30,000. What is your reply now? Addendum: on 9/29/23 this firm sent me a "Cease and Desist" letter for this google review calling it defamation; the letter was template and accused me of posting reviews on multiple websites when I only posted here. This is impressive to me. The above is fact, and therefore not defamation, other than the numbers are rounded, and alot of it is taken directly from Judge orders characterizing the firm. And why do they care, if they have 900 reviews averaging what 4.5 stars - you must wonder: how do some businesses keep clean reviews - is it by threatening legal action against past clients who write negative reviews? Only a team of dozens of lawyers would do such.
