This place is soulless and heartless. I am a desperate father trying to gain fair access to my kids so of course I'd try anything. After reaching out to several state and free attornies and being told I made "too much" I reached out to this firm. 2500 dollars seemed reasonable and of course having no knowledge of the system and the cos I thought would stretch maybe need to be replenished a couple of times and then be a little more when and if we went to trial. I was gravely mistaken. The firm directed me to a "lender" to help with lawyer fees (probably get kick backs) and I used them twice to refill as I didn't just have 2500 in disposable income (who does) and 6000 dollars later we hadn't even made it to mediation nothing was done but service and the filing of paperwork. Once my ex was served she blocked me on everything and proceeded to put me on child support and deny me all access to my children ( I haven't seen them in almost 6 months ) . During this process my job did layoffs and if course my position was one that had been eliminated and instead of working with me or being understanding they gave me several short timelines to refill the retainer which being unemployed at the time I could not accomplish. They continue to hit me up on a balance that incures interest weekly and in the middle of my case dropped me. I have no idea how to navigate this system and in the long run am forced to give up my fight. Through the state and now this firm I have completely lost my faith in the system and there being a fair fight as the non custodial parent. I now have debt, no access to my children and really no form of hope . Unless you're wealthy wouldn't recommend. Shoot based on the coldness and heartless demeanor of this firm I would not recommend.

Childcare centers provide an essential service for those that have children, but also need care for them during work hours, after school, and the summer. Daycare workers and establishments have very high standards to uphold and are also closely monitored by the state of Colorado. The state is very strict when it comes to any illegal, unethical, or unprofessional behavior. People are also very protective over their children and generally take parenting seriously, so sometimes complaints can come from unhappy parents who feel that their children were mistreated or the daycare facility overstepped when it comes to caring for their children. Unfortunately, these issues could lead to a daycare license suspension or revocation. We own three child care centers in Colorado. Without going into the details of the case, recently a lady filed a police report against the police and child care investigations against one of our child care centers. In both cases, the investigation came back UNFOUNDED, meaning she was making up stuff. However, this lady took it upon herself to sully and denigrate our childcare center by doing bad reviews on several websites including Google. She was doing this to potentially harm us financially. That is when we fought back with attorney Kevin Sobcyzk from Robinson and Henry, P.C. We had hired Kevin Sobcyzk previously on two separate issues (we won both!) and was familiar with him. Kevin sent her a Cease and Decease order and asked her to remove the nasty reviews she was posting as facts, even after her case was unfounded. I am here to inform you that the bad reviews as well as responses to it, disappeared within a week, restoring our reputation. Proving once again that Kevin Sobcyzk, is hands down the BEST attorney in Colorado! I suggest you hire him for your next case no matter how difficult, you won’t be disappointed.
