In the course of a basic consult Maria was able to answer a property law question, pointed out some common pitfalls associated with the answer to that question, and provided a referral for a labor issue my partner is facing. I had to find a great attorney in a very short timeframe and after conducting multiple interviews, I chose to onboard Attorney Maria Zalessky approximately two and a half weeks prior to a big trial (child custody case) which was certainly not ideal; however, she was absolutely the lawyer for the job. She is an absolute powerhouse attorney who does everything in her power to make a strong case. She was very detail-oriented, met all of our tight deadlines, and demonstrated a high level of integrity which is rare. Maria is hands down one of the best attorneys and human beings I've ever worked with. She is an expert in probate law and quickly got a minor settlement that I had negotiated approved by the probate court. Not only did I enjoy working with her but so did my clients.
