I had an initial Case review with Joe. He was very helpful in guidance with my property ownership question. He understood my needs and had great recommendations on how to proceed. It wasn't necessary for me to use his services yet and he was clear to let me know. This was such a great way to build trust for the future when I will need him. Thanks again Joe!

From start to finish The handling of our case was amazing, everyone from the firm who we had contact with, was responsive, understanding, and patient with us. We were definitely out of our element, stressed and anxious for what laid ahead, and we were walked through every step. I would recommend this firm to anyone in need of legal aid. Absolutely great!! I retained this firm to represent me in several business matters. I provided them with a detailed timeline regarding each case. They insisted that I have a phone conversation to go over the details. I did not think this was necessary as I had already given them all of the information they needed. When I spoke to the attorney on the phone, it was as if he never even looked at the information I provided. I believe this was so they could pad the bill. When I explained to them the time was of the essence, they told me they would have the demand letters drafted within the next couple of days. Two weeks later, they finally sent out the letters. The charges for writing 3 demand letters totaled over $5,000. When I called to speak to them about the bill, they charged me to speak to them about the bill. The invoice also was all of the cases combined in a very disorganized way so it was very difficult to ascertain what the charges were for. There were certain items in the bill that mentioned "team meeting" to discuss the status. I do not feel that this was necessary for a simple letter. If you decide to use this firm, be prepared to get raked over the coals. I would never recommend Robinson & Henry to handle any legal matter you may have. The BBB will be contacted as well. Highly unprofessional!

I needed help settling a dispute with a window and door company that did sub par work on my home including a cutout new door in the wrong place. Hired Claire from Robinson and Henry May 3, 2021. Send Claire 5 emails to set up knowledge of case. (find out one whole month later that she was unable to download two of the five). Paralegal Holli, texts for timeline info and anything else I can come up with. May 5th my first billing statement $798.50. May 20th, still no communication from anyone to confirm emails were received. Many excuses and promises from Claire to complete the demand letter. May 26th, the evening following the day that I was absolutely positively promised the demand letter would be sent. Claire calls at 10 P.M. ish to talk about the final revisions to the letter. Promises to not bill for time spent on this day as I was nearly asleep on the phone. Does in fact bill for this late night “work”. Demand letter reads like a Google review and gets zero results from the window company. Claire talks with attorney for the other side and calls me at work to confirm that she agrees with them. Fire Claire at this point. Geanne at Robinson and Henry assures me that Michael can win my case... Don’t hire Michael because he doesn’t believe that building permits are important. I do, I think the proper permit paperwork and inspection process could have saved me my “home improvement “ disaster!!! July 2, 2021, I get approval to credit my $6,617.70 back to my account and return my retainer ASAP. Feel like I’ve been run over by a truck.

Overall, I had a good experience. My attorney (Miss Bailey) was helpful and professional. Things were done on-time since it was somewhat a straightforward case. I thought it was kind of pricey though. This is why I had to take out one star. Everything else was good.

A Neighbor took down our fence without permission. RH recommended that we file a letter and approx. $5,000.00 later when the opposing lawyer responded they closed the case said we could open it again in a few days and then wouldn't return my e-mails or calls. I had raised concerns that all they did was file a letter and nothing more and that it was going to end up costing me $20,000 in lawyer fees for a $3,000.00 fence. This is when they stopped responding to my e-mails or phone calls etc. I asked them when we were going to court because what they did for approx. $5,000.00 had no teeth & it was a waste of money. Just my Opinion based on experience I don't see the value in what was done.

Steve Whitmore in the Real Estate Division helped me tremendously during a half hour consultation. If I need to actually hire an attorney for my issue I will definitely come back and hire him!

David is who I spoke with. He was professional and up front with the truth of the situation. I did not personally work with this attorney but if I had ended up needing someone to represent me, I would had chosen him no doubt. I would recommend his for his services.
