Mr Novak was super knowledgeable and proved to me that he really cares about his clients. He spent a lot of his time with me and then explained to me a less expensive way to file my case that benefits only me and not him! He just is the kind of guy that I think will always be fair and honest and get the job done!

It was a great experience with so much support and professionalism by Mr. Steven Whitmore. I called Mr. Whitmore to help me get my lein off my house. I've settled this issue a couple of years ago, but there was no record with the city. He responded to my message right away. The same day! Hecommunicated to someone at the title co., I had a closing in February, and explained the situation. He instructed what I should do on my end and we got everything in done in time. I so happy and relieved that this problem was taken care right away. This all happened in Denver, CO. I just want to stress that Robinson and Henry are so professional and very polite.

I had a Living Trust prepared by attorney James McQuade and his very personable, professional, and efficient Paralegal, David Barrett. From the first interaction, James clearly stated everything that would need to be done, the time frame to expect, and answered all of my questions. After the first communcation with James, David contacted me with a welcoming and thorough email of the steps that I would take to complete this Living Trust. His communications were timely and informative. He delivered every piece of information that he said he would deliver in a clear, professional manner. He worked with me to make arrangements for meetings that needed to occur, explained anything that I was confused about, and always gave me plenty of advance notice to look over documents which resulted in a pleasant, stress-free experience. David went above and beyond to make sure that I felt comfortable and well-taken care of which made me feel appreciated as a client. He even drove down from Denver to Colorado Springs for a meeting with me because he knew that it was important to me to finalize the documents and he drove down again to deliver my completed documents in a beautifully bound, well organized package for me to pick up locally! James and David were both friendly, had a good sense of humor, and were easy to talk with as well. The best part was that I dealt with James and David directly through the entire process resulting in a consistent, reliable communication and a friendly relationship. Both David and James gave me their contact information and genuinely welcomed me to call with any questions that I would have over the life of my Living Trust. I would highly recommend James McQuade and David Barrett to my friends, family or anyone looking for Estate Planning advice and services.

Pleasantly surprised that the overall experience from getting the Consultation setup by the admin staff to the actual meeting with Mr. Whitmore far exceeded expectation. Very knowledgeable staff with providing real personable yet professional guidance on advise that I was exploring with real estate issues. Highly recommend.

*After writing this review the firm reached out to try to make things right. I was refunded for the mediation.* This was previously edited due to the fact that some disputes were resolved. This does not change what follows. PLEASE READ! I actually retained this firm not just a friendly consultation. I am in disbelief that I have to give this firm anything, including this required 1 star. I had the unfortunate pleasure of being a client having had ups and with them to date. I was represented by David Hannum, Kayla Banzali, and Wes McConnell. I wish I had more words to describe my experience however I will highlight some of the worst. I retained this firm to assist me in a partnership buyout. I was told this would be a quick and easy case around $10k, 16 months later now costing me over $30k. I have had to dispute several charges that include but not limited to excessive and double billing. At one point in time I had to dispute a $79 Voicemail and a mediation over $5k that I was told by the attorneys was premature. Some of these things were addressed however they completely mishandled my case. For months I have made them aware of a deadline that should have been met before mediation which they chose to neglect. They never sent out any requests for production in the middle of discovery. They never included claims that would have put me in a better position such as obvious things like 'the wage claim act." I have since hired another attorney to help me so my case won't be over charged or handled improperly.They won't even return my lawyer's calls for him to find out what they intended to do moving forward. Ethically this firm has dropped the ball I have given them a chance after going 20 grand beyond what was discussed. Please do not be fooled like me and go off of their initial consultation. I sunk thousands of dollars into something I trusted them with and was only met with greed and incomplete work. If you didn't get anything from what I wrote here please get this do not hire this firm they will take advantage of you if you allow them. I will be filing a complaint to the bar and if anyone else has had this experience please reach out this has to be stopped.
