I was referred to Bell and Pollock by a co-worker and I’m glad I was. I was in an auto-accident (not my fault) and Gary Bell was the one who took on my case. From the beginning he was very straight forward, blunt, and honest about how a case like this would most likely go. Gary and his team continued to fight for me through the entirety of the case and all facets of the case and are still doing so. I would recommend using them and will myself again if the situation should arise.

Bell and Pollock helped me will a personal matter that was not personal injury. They did everything they said they would and in a timely manner. I have great respect for them. If I could give Bell & Pollock 100/100 stars I would. In 2021 I was driving through an intersection when an 18 wheeler tractor trailer made an illegal turn into oncoming traffic. The wreck resulting from this was absolutely horrific, totaling my jeep entirely and almost killing me in the process. Unfortunately I was in bad shape because of this and was left with lasting injuries, the most significant a permanent back injury. When the insurance company refused to take any responsibility and compensate me for my injuries and my totaled vehicle, I retained Gary Bell. If you are injured in an accident this is the law firm you need to hire. With over 30 years of experience their reputation is unmatched in the Colorado market. From the front of the house to the back of the house Bell & Pollock is top notch – Gary and his team helped me through the entire legal process and were there to support me every step of the way. They took the time to keep me updated, answer any questions and concerns I had, and assist me with every part of my case. The circumstances surrounding the driver and trucking company responsible for my injuries was due to extreme negligence and was beyond egregious, however that did not stop the insurance company from fighting my case. As soon as they were notified I had retained Bell & Pollock they did an absolute 180 and started to take my case seriously. If your case is going to possibly proceed to trial as mine almost did you need an attorney and a team who has the tenure and skill to fight to win your case. Gary has won numerous trials for personal injury victims and with Bell & Pollock’s reputation as top personal injury attorneys, insurance companies know they are in serious trouble going up against him. Gary knew every move the other side was going to make and outmaneuvered them quickly. When my case was approaching trial Gary had annihilated their whole defense which resulted in winning punitive damages from the judge. Gary was able to win my case and when he called to tell me how much my case had settled for the amount was so incredibly high I almost fell off my chair. Gary and his team also were able to successfully take care of my medical bills. Personal injury resulting from an accident can be mentally, emotionally, and physically damaging and difficult to navigate, and I am SO thankful to have had Gary Bell and the whole team at Bell & Pollock to help get my life back on track and help me obtain the justice I deserved. Bob Leonard-from Bell & Pollock-was my husbands work comp lawyer and he was nothing but professional, efficient, kind, caring and wonderful. He did not treat us like a number he treated us like a friend and took the time to listen to our concerns and worries and put our minds at ease. DO NOT GO TO HIM! I was hit by a drunk driver and left with multiple hospital bills and out of work for months. He told me he was going to get everything taken care of. Seven MONTHS later, and multiple email and phone call attempts, he finally responds and says he is just now "looking into it". He continues to give me the run around and will always tell you he will "call you back". He will NEVER call you back. This company needs to be reported to the small business bureau for fraud!! DO NOT GIVE HIM YOUR BUSINESS!!!
