Mr. Gary Bell and his team at Bell & Pollock are by far the best firm for your auto accident needs! I have worked with many attorneys and no one has gone above and beyond like Gary and his staff. During all hours day/night, holiday/weekend the team at Bell & Pollock have been there to help me and my 7-year old daughter through the very difficult and stressful process that is litigation! After my life changing auto accident it has been extremely comforting to know that our future is safe in the hands of a very knowledgeable and diligent team. After years of fighting with a very tough insurance company Gary Bell obtained a settlement that far exceeded my expectations and is in the process of also obtaining the underinsured coverage limits from my own insurance company. His team even helped me, on their own time, with obtaining long term disability from a policy I had with my prior employer after being discharged from work!! I cannot say enough good things about Bell & Pollock and would recommend their services to anyone going through an auto accident claim! Thank you so much for helping my daughter and I through this extremely difficult time :) UPDATE: Gary once again assisted me with another legal matter! Gary and his wonderful assistant Karen have made a very stressful situation much easier by working tirelessly for me. I have dealt with numerous attorneys on various issues and believe me when I say you want to have Gary working for you! They have helped me for years now with multiple legal issues (car accident insurance settlements, recommendations to top physicians, private disability insurance claims, as well as referrals to attorneys in wrongful death and estate planning). I can certainly say that they live up to their motto being a Champion of the People! We don't have many family members or support as many have passed away over the last few years. My 10-year old and I honestly consider Gary and his team to be a part of our family and are extremely blessed to have them in our lives! I have always gotten a response from emails and calls in a timely fashion (even multiple times a day and on weekends when needed), deadlines have always been met or addressed early, and most importantly all claims/settlements have been awarded at the maximum amount allowed by the law. My advice is to choose Robert Leonard as your attorney. He is very respectful and even more kind. And he will fight his hardest to get you what you deserve if you've been hurt on the job!

Incompetent is a word that comes to mind when I think of this firm. Mr Pollock handled a car accident/insurance payout case for someone very close to me, and made the whole process for her a perpetual nightmare. He dazzled her with empty promises of "aggressive activity" on her case, only for her to find out later there had been complete inactivity on his part. She couldn't even get him to send correspondence to the correct address. He never seemed to return calls or emails, and she always got the same run-around from his staff that he wasn't available. If that isn't bad enough, he had the audacity to file her case without her authorization or review and sent the insurance companies that were preparing to pay her out a letter stating they needed to compensate him AFTER she had already sent him a termination letter, and paid to file the case under new counsel. This duplicate filing of sorts has now thrown a wrench in her settlement process. Needless to say, this "attorney" has caused her an incredible amount of undue stress. A simple internet search confirms multiple complaints of a similar nature and even a malpractice suit against him. NOBODY deserves such flagrant mismanagement of their legal affairs after being involved in a life altering car accident. NOBODY. She now has no choice but to get the Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel involved and examine recourse options for malpractice. I would strongly advise anyone considering representation by this firm to seek it elsewhere.

I was a passenger in a car wreck in 2015, the insurance provider didn't want to do anything. Bell and Pollock did a great job for me.

They drop cases two weeks before deadline to file. Beware....they have questionable terms. I don't recommend them.
