Megan was very helpful in helping me understand what I'm options are in planning my estate. She was knowledgeable and communitive.

Loved the constant reminders for the upcoming consultation ... sadly, our rep Eric, no showed to our meeting even after sending us the meeting invite, again, 2 hours before our call. We had to wait two weeks for our scheduled appointment. We arrived two minutes early and waited over 10 minutes before they (Eric) called asking if we'd like to continue by phone. The overall tone of the call was poor, we let Eric know as much before deciding we did not wish to proceed further with R&H. Edit: Reading some more of the reviews, the online consultation seems to be a sales pitch. Save yourself some time and effort, and protect your information, and just call someone else. Our phone call came from a different state than the one we reside in.
