Pam at the front desk was nice enough, but the information on the website for Robinson and Henry completely contradicts the information given to me. The tone was condescending, and the action of referring me to CLS was as well. I wouldn't have come here if I didn't have the money to afford a retainer fee, and I have tried the CLS/CO Bar route far too many times. The video cuts off at 30 seconds, but there is more, and the screen recorded video also only shows 30 seconds of the conversation that took place. So I do feel I was dismissed and it would have been great to still be able to have a consultation with an actual legal representative, not with a secretary or assistant or tech or phone operator, etc. It felt dishonest. If you need to update your website to reflect the services actually provided, I would think that would definitely be a top priority for a law firm of any kind.

Outstanding advice. If I end up going to court I will definitely be retaining this firm.

You can tell from the minute you talk to Bailey Nelson, that you are in great hands. She’s wicked smart, thorough, transparent, and very easy to get along with.
