They were late to my initial intake meeting. I had set aside time during Monday morning work hours. I ended up leaving after waiting 6 minutes into a 20 minute appointment. They called and left a voicemail 8 minutes after the scheduled time (almost halfway through the appointment time). I recommend looking elsewhere, since they’ve given me the impression that their client’s time isn’t important.
